The Role: Artistry in Motion

As a Baker, you aren't just following a recipe - you are creating an experience. From the perfect "chew" of our mochi dough to the meticulous hand-glazing of our seasonal collections, you will be the heartbeat of our kitchen.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: North York (Near Yorkdale)

Key Responsibilities

The Craft: Execute the daily production of mochi donuts, puffs, drinks and specialty desserts with obsessive attention to detail.
The Finish: Master the art of glazing, filling, and decorating to ensure every product is Instagram-ready and delicious.
The Standards: Maintain a pristine, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment that reflects our luxury brand.
The Innovation: Collaborate on seasonal menu launches and help us define the next big trend in luxe desserts.

What You Bring to the Table

Experience: Previous experience in a commercial bakery or high-volume kitchen
The Eye: A sharp eye for aesthetics and a steady hand for decorating and finishing.
The Hustle: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping your cool (and your workstation clean).
The Mindset: A positive, "team-first" attitude. You believe in graciousness and supporting your coworkers.
The Logistics: Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays. (as those are our busy days)
The Credentials: Food Handler Certification (or a willingness to obtain one).
