Fundraising Manager
Location: Greater Toronto Area, ON
Job Type: Full-time
Starting Pay: $19/hour (bumps to $20 after training)
Leadership Opportunities: $25-$28/hour, depending on experience
Build teams. Lead fundraisers. Make a real impact.
Public Outreach is an international fundraising consultancy with more than 20 years of experience building high-quality face-to-face fundraising programs for leading charities around the world.
We partner with organizations including UNICEF, Amnesty International, Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders), Oxfam, and Greenpeace, helping them build sustainable monthly donor support through authentic public engagement.
We're expanding our operations in the GTA and are seeking experienced fundraising leaders to help build and grow teams. For the right candidate, this is a real opportunity to step into a program-building leadership role.
Strong candidates without direct management experience may start in a fundraising role with a clear path toward leadership and program management.
The Role
This position combines hands-on fundraising with leadership development and team building.
In the early stages, leaders at Public Outreach lead from the front – fundraising alongside their team, coaching new fundraisers, and helping establish the culture and systems that drive strong results.
Candidates with previous fundraising leadership or team-building experience may be fast-tracked into leadership roles.
You will work closely with experienced leadership within the organization while helping develop the next generation of fundraising leaders.
