CAREER OPPORTUNITY:
Golf Services Attendant (Seasonal, Full-Time)
Number of Open Vacancies: Two (2) | Expected Start Date: Immediate;

We’re looking for enthusiastic, service-driven Golf Services Attendants to join our team for the season. If you love the game of golf, enjoy working outdoors, and have a passion for top-tier service, this is the perfect opportunity for you
We are looking for motivated individuals available full-time from July 2026 through November 2026 (weather dependent).

What You’ll Be Doing:
Ensuring a Seamless Golf Experience

Set up members’ golf bags, clubs, and transportation preferences before tee-off.
Retrieve, clean, and store golf equipment after rounds.
Provide professional club cleaning services for members and guests.
Pick up and drop off members and their equipment from the parking lot using golf carts.

Keeping Our Course & Facilities in Top Shape

Maintain a clean and organized Back Shop, Power Caddy Storage, Cart Barn, and Driving Range.
Ensure the practice facilities are fully stocked and ready for use.
Perform daily cleaning tasks to keep storage areas safe and tidy.

Providing Outstanding Member Service

Assist members with on-course needs such as pick-ups, 9th tee carts, and 10th tee shuttle service.
Offer personalized attention to any special requests outside the Clubhouse area.
Support the Pro Shop when needed.

Operational Excellence & Safety

Report any damages or equipment issues to management.
Follow all Health & Safety policies to keep yourself and others safe.

What You Bring to the Team:
✔️ Passion for golf and knowledge of golf etiquette (bonus points if you’re a golfer yourself!).
✔️ A friendly, professional, and service-driven approach.
✔️ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (golf bags can be heavy, but you’ve got this!).
✔️ Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
✔️ A team-oriented mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
✔️ Punctuality and reliability – our members count on you!
✔️ Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (to operate club carts).
✔️ Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Compensation: The expected compensation range for this role is $17.75 - $19.00 per hour. Additionally, this position qualifies for an end-of-season bonus of $0.75 per hour. Placement within the range will be based on demonstrated skills, relevant experience, and internal equity considerations.
