PART-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Location: North York, ON
Pay: $18.00–$19.00 per hour
Schedule: 20–30 hours per week (Evenings, Weekends & Holidays Required)

Drain King Plumbers is a locally owned and operated plumbing company proudly serving the GTA. Our team provides residential and commercial plumbing and drain services, including emergency repairs, maintenance, and installations.

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused individual to join our office team as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable customer service, dispatching, and administrative experience within a growing company.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Answer incoming customer calls
Book and schedule service appointments
Dispatch technicians efficiently
Respond to customer emails and inquiries
Perform data entry and administrative tasks
Complete customer follow-ups and confirmation calls
Assist with resolving customer concerns
Maintain accurate customer records
Support daily office operations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Excellent customer service abilities
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with Gmail & Microsoft Office Programs

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ year of customer service experience
1+ year of dispatching, administrative, or call centre experience
Experience answering high-volume phone calls
Knowledge of plumbing or home services is considered an asset

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS

20–30 hours per week
Evening and weekend availability required
Ability to work on statutory holidays required
Additional hours may be available based on business needs
