Our beloved Muay Thai school is looking for a bright and regimented receptionist to help continue the growth of our second home.

The basics of a day-to-day:
- Greet and sign in members with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ensure that all member’s accounts are up to date
- Follow up with members, handle any concerns promptly and professionally
- Handle sales and all transactions, balance till, and keep up to date with all payments
- Light tidying/organizational duties
- Research growth opportunities for the school
- Answer phone and emails with an impressive attitude as you are the first point of contact for customers
- Update management on sales, merch inventory, office needs, etc.
- You will be given an opening/closing checklist with clear instruction on additional tasks
- Work as a team member alongside instructors, and management
Hours we need covered: [M/T/W/Th/F 4:30-10] [S/Su 9:30-2:30]

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
