You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.
The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.
If you are based in Calgary, the work location for this role is 407 2nd Street SW, Downtown Calgary.

Advisor Service Center Representative
This position is available in Toronto (Mississauga) and Calgary
Please note all roles require working rotating shifts - Monday through Friday between 8 am and 8pm EST for our Advisor Service Centre teams.

How you’ll Make an Impact:
Advisor Service Centre Team
Provide exceptional customer service experience to investment advisors, their support teams and investors in our inbound contact centre.
Work directly with advisors and investors to provide them with the support they need to educate and plan their short-term and long-term investment strategies.
You represent Fidelity as you are responsible for answering our clients’ request for information and directing them to the appropriate department when required on a timely basis.
What We Are Looking For
College Diploma required (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply) or equivalent experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bilingualism in French and English (verbal and written) is an asset.

For this role, your total rewards include:
Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: A competitive annual range of $56,000 to $69,000, based on your experience and qualifications.
