The impact you’ll have:
The Associate Project Coordinator (APC) is a client-facing delivery role responsible for coordinating the successful execution of customer assessment engagements following Statement of Work (SOW) approval.
In this role, you will act as the central point of coordination across customers, consultants, and delivery resources—ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and aligned to defined scope and expectations. You will own project logistics, resource coordination, and delivery workflows from kickoff through final delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate assessment engagements from post-SOW kickoff through delivery completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones
- Track project progress and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Schedule all meetings including kickoff, data collection, internal syncs, and delivery calls
- Assign and manage delivery resources including data collection roles and consultants
- Oversee data collection activities (performed by assigned roles) and ensure completion
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day customer coordination
- Facilitate communication between customers, Sales, consultants, and delivery resources
- Support billing inputs and project closure activities
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to process improvements
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or professional services
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and hold resources accountable
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot)
- Familiarity with project tracking or PSA tools
Compensation:
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $48,800 to $61,000 annually + 6% Target Incentives.
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
