Job Summary
We are currently seeking reliable and professional owner-operators preferably with their own refrigerated sprinter/cargo vans, to join our growing produce distribution delivery operation across Ontario. Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated sprinter/cargo van or box truck for scheduled delivery routes
- Safely transport temperature-sensitive freight to commercial customers
- Ensure refrigeration equipment is functioning properly throughout deliveries
- Arrive prepared and ready for dispatch by approximately 6:00 AM
- Complete deliveries in a timely and professional manner
- Load and unload deliveries as required Maintain communication regarding route progress and delivery updates
- Provide professional customer service during pickups and deliveries
Qualifications
- Experience in freight transportation and commercial driving
- Proficiency in forklift operation and heavy equipment handling is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive repair basics is a plus
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physical ability to load, unload, and handle freight as required
Requirements
- MUST own and operate a refrigerated sprinter/cargo van
- Valid G-Class driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable driving 250–300 km per shift
- Strong punctuality and reliability
- Professional attitude and communication skills
- Previous delivery or refrigerated freight experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage scheduled routes efficiently
Nice-to-Haves
- Ownership of a refrigerated vehicle
- Prefers early morning starts

Schedule
- Available a minimum of 2 days a week
- On-site arrival by 6:30 AM
- Consistent recurring routes
Pay: From $175.00 per day
