Overview

Start date: immediately

3 shifts/ week

Monday 10am-4pm, Wednesday 10am-2:15, Friday 11am-5pm

We are seeking a friendly and professional Waxing Specialist to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional waxing services in a welcoming environment, ensuring client satisfaction and safety. This role offers an opportunity to develop your skills in body waxing and customer service while contributing to a positive client experience. The Waxing Specialist will uphold high standards of sanitation and professionalism, creating a comfortable atmosphere for all clients.

Responsibilities

Perform body waxing services with precision and care, adhering to safety and sanitation standards
Consult with clients to determine their needs and recommend suitable waxing treatments
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client questions or concerns
Promote retail products related to skincare and waxing treatments to enhance client results and satisfaction
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to ensure timely service delivery
Follow all safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure client comfort during procedures

Experience

Must have 2 years of experience with Waxing ALL genders
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Knowledge of sanitation procedures related to beauty treatments
Retail sales experience is a plus, as it supports promoting skincare products and enhancing client engagement
A friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping clients feel confident and comfortable
