Full job description

A renowned dance school is seeking a senior Administrative Associate to provide exceptional administrative support and customer care. This position requires a proactive and organized professional who excels in leadership, communication, and documentation skills within a dynamic and artistic educational environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the school
Serve as a key liaison between faculty and management
Develop, document, execute, and coordinate various projects and school initiatives
Deliver exceptional customer care and service to students and families
Lead and support administrative team operations with professionalism and initiative
Supervise and coordinate school events, performances, and activities
Provide class consultation and program guidance to families
Manage school facilities, classrooms, supplies, and administrative records

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of administrative experience with customer service
Exceptional documentation and record-keeping abilities
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Fluency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is an asset)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proven leadership and team coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish
Proficient in MS Excel and general Windows-based computer operations
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education
Experience in sales, marketing, Photoshop, or video editing is an advantage
