We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our high-performing Ontario Sales Team.

About the Role

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales and building strong customer relationships with retail customers, including LCBO and grocery stores, throughout the GTA North territory. This is a field-based role requiring daily travel to customer accounts, focused on driving distribution, merchandising excellence, promotional execution, and customer engagement.

Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to execute a disciplined territory plan while contributing to the broader goals of the Ontario Sales Team.

We are looking for a driven, highly organized sales professional with a passion for wine and a desire to deliver results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy competing to win, and understand that individual success comes from contributing to the broader goals of the Ontario Sales Team.

You are self-motivated, accountable, and able to manage your territory independently while working collaboratively with colleagues across sales and marketing. You enjoy building customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and executing your territory plan with consistency and discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets and business objectives within the assigned territory.
Build strong relationships with retail customers, including LCBO and grocery stores.
Execute a structured route plan to ensure effective and consistent account coverage.
Identify opportunities to grow distribution, improve merchandising, and increase sales.
Demonstrate fiscal responsibility by effectively managing territory budgets and business expenses.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and improve performance.
Act as an ambassador for the Select Wines Group portfolio of brands.
Host supplier visits and key customer activities within the territory.
Support wine festivals, customer tastings, and promotional events as required.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

Previous sales experience in wine, beverage alcohol, or consumer packaged goods preferred.
WSET Level 2 (or equivalent accredited wine qualification) preferred
Passion for wine.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
Competitive mindset with a desire to achieve results.
Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret sales data.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Valid Smart Serve certification.
Valid Ontario driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends as required.

Salary: $55,000 + Commissions

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
