AV Project & Service Coordinator
Position Summary
Century AV is seeking an organized and proactive AV Project & Service Coordinator to support both project delivery and ongoing service operations. This role works closely with project management, service operations, technicians, warehouse coordination, and clients to help ensure projects and service activities are executed efficiently and professionally.
The AV Project & Service Coordinator plays a key support role across multiple departments by assisting with scheduling, logistics, documentation, client communication, service coordination, and operational follow-through. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced AV integration environment.
This position offers a combination of office coordination, client support, project administration, and service operations involvement within a growing commercial AV company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project and service operations through coordination of scheduling, logistics, documentation, and communication activities.
- Assist with technician scheduling, service dispatch coordination, and operational planning.
- Coordinate client communication, follow-ups, and scheduling updates.
- Maintain project, service, and equipment documentation within company systems and D-Tools.
- Assist with preventative maintenance coordination, service agreements, RMAs, and service-related tracking.
- Support project staging, deployment readiness, and closeout activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments including project management, installation, service, warehouse, and leadership teams.
- Assist in maintaining organized project records, service documentation, and operational reporting.
- Help support positive client experiences throughout project execution and ongoing service operations.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Project Manager / Installation Manager and Service Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AV systems, technical environments, or construction coordination is considered an asset.
- Strong proficiency with D-Tools and general project/service coordination software is considered an asset.
- Comfortable working in both office and occasional field environments.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to attend local job sites or service calls when required.
- CTS certification or AV industry experience considered an asset.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
