Job Title: Graphic & E-Commerce Designer (K-Beauty / Skincare)

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Markham, ON (Headquarters)

Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 per year (Commensurate with experience)

With multiple retail storefronts across Ontario and a growing national e-commerce presence, we bring the best of Asian beauty to the North American market. As we expand our reach to a broader, mainstream audience, we are looking for a highly skilled designer to elevate our brand’s visual identity across all online and offline channels.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly efficient Graphic & E-Commerce Designer to be the visual architect of our brand. If you have a deep appreciation for the minimalist, "Clean Beauty" aesthetic and possess the technical chops to manage dynamic e-commerce product catalogs, this is the role for you.

You will own static visual elements—from designing high-impact campaign posters for our retail stores to retouching and formatting product listings for our Shopify website. We need a fast, organized, and aesthetically driven professional who can translate complex Asian beauty products into a premium North American e-commerce experience.

Your Impact (What You Will Do):

E-Commerce Merchandising (Core): Take ownership of our website's product catalog visual updates. Source product images, perform high-quality retouching, color correction, and formatting for ongoing new arrivals and seasonal collections.
Website Visual Maintenance: Continuously update our Shopify storefront. Design premium hero banners, promotional landing pages, and category graphics that drive conversions and align with current brand initiatives.
Campaign Design: Conceptualize and design digital and print assets for regular store-wide and online marketing campaigns. This includes store posters, POSM (Point of Sale Materials), and promotional graphics tailored to various promotional cycles.
Localization & Layout: Take original Korean/Japanese/Chinese product marketing materials and adapt them into clean, modern, English-first layouts that appeal to the mainstream North American consumer.

Your Profile (Who We Are Looking For):

Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in graphic design and e-commerce visual management. Experience in the beauty, fashion, or retail industry is highly preferred.
Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator). You know how to batch-process images efficiently.
E-Commerce Platform: Solid experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms is a massive advantage. You understand how image sizing affects website loading speeds and UX.
The Aesthetic Eye: A strong portfolio demonstrating a clean, modern, and highly commercial design style. You understand typography, negative space, and visual hierarchy.
Language Skills: Fluent, native-level English is strictly required for writing and formatting website copy. Bonus: The ability to read Chinese, Korean, or Japanese is a significant asset (to help you source and translate original product materials), but not mandatory if you are highly resourceful.
