Channel Development Representative (Convenience and Gas Stations)

Location: GTA | Type: Full-Time | Field-Based / In-Person

The Opportunity

As a Channel Development Representative, you’ll own a territory across the GTA and help bring our brands to life in the Convenience channel.

You’ll spend your days in the market:

Building relationships with store owners and managers
Growing existing accounts and opening new opportunities
Improving product availability, displays, shelf presence, and cold-box placement
Supporting promotions and new product launches
Using sales data and market insights to identify opportunities
Learning how to sell, negotiate, influence, and manage a territory

This is a hands-on role where you’ll see the impact of your work every day.

What You’ll Need

Must be 19+
Valid driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
Ability to work throughout the assigned GTA territory
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable using technology and Microsoft Office
Post-secondary education or equivalent experience is an asset
Sales, retail, merchandising, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is an asset
Beverage-alcohol industry experience is helpful, but not required
