Your Role

Reporting to the Guest Service Manager;

Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown is currently recruiting for a Part - Time Bellperson! In this role, you will:

Deliver exceptional guest service in line with SHG's vision, mission, and values.
Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional atmosphere at all times.
Provide airport shuttle service, including monitoring arrivals, greeting guests, and coordinating transportation.
Assist guests with luggage and escort them to rooms while explaining room features and hotel services.
Support overall guest experience by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining service standards across all interactions

What You Bring to the Table

Positive attitude with a professional and guest-focused approach.
Valid Class G driver's license.
1-2 years of customer service experience (hotel experience is an asset).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
