Kereshmah Beauty + Laser is an established Toronto beauty salon that has been serving clients for more than six years. During this time, we have welcomed over 15,000 clients and built a loyal community through professional service, personalized care and consistent beauty results.
We are located in the heart of Yorkville and are continuing to expand our team. Due to the growing demand for our brow and lash services, we are looking for an experienced Brow and Lash Artist who would like to develop a long-term position within our salon.
We are a close and supportive team and would love to welcome someone who is talented, friendly, reliable and genuinely cares about their clients. We value teamwork, communication, cleanliness and creating an environment where both clients and team members feel comfortable and respected.
This position primarily focuses on brow shaping, brow enhancements, brow lamination, keratin lash lifts and tinting. Lash-extension experience is welcome but is not required.
Location: 112 Cumberland St., Lower Level, Yorkville, Toronto
Job Type: Full-time or part-time employee position
Pay: CA$19.00–CA$25 per hour, depending on experience, skills and range of services
Employment Status: This is strictly an employee position. We are not offering an independent-contractor, chair-rental or self-employed arrangement for this position. The successful candidate will be added to payroll, and all required statutory deductions will be processed by the employer. Do not apply if you are a self-emplyed looking to expand your skills.

Responsibilities
- Perform professional brow consultations and recommend suitable services
- Create customized brow shapes based on each client’s features and preferences
- Perform brow shaping using threading, waxing and/or tweezing
- Provide detailed brow mapping when appropriate
- Perform brow tinting, henna or hybrid-dye services based on training
- Perform brow lamination services
- Perform keratin lash lifts and lash tinting
- Assess clients’ suitability for lash and brow treatments
- Explain preparation, aftercare and maintenance requirements
- Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and tool disinfection
- Keep the workstation clean, organized and fully prepared
- Take clear before-and-after photos of completed work
- Support client rebooking, retention and product recommendations
- Contribute to a friendly and collaborative salon environment
Requirements
- At least three years of professional brow and/or lash-service experience is preferred
- Professional training or certification in relevant brow and lash services
- Strong brow-shaping and facial-balance skills
- Practical experience with threading, waxing and/or tweezing
- Experience performing brow lamination
- Experience performing keratin lash lifts and lash tinting
- Ability to create clean, balanced and customized results
- Knowledge of proper sanitation, disinfection and safety standards
- Strong client-consultation and communication skills
- Professional, friendly, reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a beauty team
- Weekend availability is required
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
