About The Chocolateria:

We will dip just about anything in chocolate. We have been creating chocolate and confections on Roncesvalles since 2010. We have a wide range of products and they are all made in house.

About the job:

Full-time Chocolatier
40 hours per week

Qualifications:

Training and education in chocolate and baking preparation is an asset.
Experience in mass production or kitchen settings preferred.
Food Handler’s certification

Duties and Responsibilities:

Temper chocolate with machines or by hand.
Provide safe and efficient production of all chocolates and confections.
Help design and produce new products for seasonal occasions.
Follow a production schedule to ensure all custom orders are filled on time.
Adhere to workplace safety procedure by cleaning and disinfecting premises, equipment and materials.
Maintain consistent product quality, from raw ingredients to finished product.
Effectively communicate with team members.
Lead production team.
Assist with inventory management.
Full kitchen clean up, including washing dishes and floors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
