The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Visual Merchandising to:

Execute visual guidelines with precision and adapt to store architecture while maintaining brand standards.
Conduct mapping sessions and on-floor coaching; review photos and provide actionable feedback.
Partner with District and Store Managers on KPI insights and develop store-level action plans.
Support new store openings and renovations with on-site training and readiness checks.
Conduct in-store training sessions within the assigned market and develop best practices.
Manage visual projects and field initiatives from planning through execution, including timelines, deliverables, follow-up, and cross-functional coordination across North America.
Manage multiple projects while providing clear project recaps, status updates, and presentation materials using Excel and PowerPoint to support alignment, decision-making, and leadership communication.
