*Job Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Crossfit Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness training, particularly in Crossfit methodologies, and a commitment to fostering a supportive and motivating environment for our members. As a Crossfit Coach, you will play a crucial role in educating clients on proper techniques, developing tailored workout programs, and promoting overall health and wellness within our community. *Responsibilities* - Lead engaging and effective Crossfit classes that cater to various skill levels. - Educate participants on proper form, technique, and safety protocols during workouts. - Provide personalized coaching and feedback to help clients achieve their fitness goals. - Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, motivation, and community spirit. - Communicate effectively with clients regarding their progress and any necessary adjustments to their training plans. - Manage class schedules and ensure all equipment is maintained and organized. - Demonstrate leadership qualities by inspiring clients to push their limits while ensuring their safety. - Maintain excellent customer service standards by being approachable and responsive to client needs. - Time management skills are essential for planning classes efficiently while accommodating individual client requests. *Qualifications* - Certification in Crossfit coaching or equivalent fitness training certification is required. - Bilingual skills (English and French) are preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele. - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Proven leadership abilities in motivating individuals or groups in a fitness setting. - Excellent time management skills to balance multiple classes and client needs effectively. - Ability to educate clients on fitness principles, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices. - Previous experience as a coach or trainer in a similar environment is highly desirable.
