Full job description

Hey there! We're looking for a customer service / E-commerce account manager to help manage online sales.

Our business is called DanielsGearShop, we sell replacement parts to vintage audio enthusiasts, technicians and hobbyists. We've grown considerably in the past few months and expect the role we're hiring to grow with the business.

Hours & pay

25–35 hrs/week, weekdays, mornings (approx 10am–4pm ET)
$22–25/hour depending on experience
Fully remote within Ontario
Full-time employee

What you'll do

Respond to buyer messages on eBay and Reverb
Manage the full return, refund, and dispute lifecycle (INAD, INR, chargeback cases)
Run daily proactive outreach on delayed shipments to head off "item not received" claims
Flag product / listing issues so they can be adressed by our technician or yourself
Coordinate with the owner and fulfillment team on customer inquiries

Required experience

High-volume eBay selling or account management experience (not just buying)
2+ years customer service experience
Excellent written English, our buyers are serious collectors who value clear, professional communication
Comfort with spreadsheets and typical online seller tools

Nice to have

Shopify Experience
Interest or familiarity with vintage audio equipment (not required)
Dispute or chargeback handling experience
