Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a passion for providing an outstanding experience for our guests. This role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries with professionalism. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met and enhancing their overall experience.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Analyze guest needs and provide tailored recommendations for services or amenities to enhance their stay.
Upsell available services and packages to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue.
Maintain accurate data entry of guest information and reservations in the system.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Qualifications

Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English; other languages is a plus.
Ability to analyze situations quickly and make informed decisions.
Familiarity with Opera is advantageous.
Demonstrated sales skills with an ability to upsell services effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport with guests.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
