Stryke Logistics is a rapidly growing freight brokerage based in Vaughan, Ontario. We specialize in North American transportation services, providing exceptional customer care and operational reliability. ❗ Position Overview

We’re hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join our Operations team. This is a full-time, on-site role. You’ll play a key role in coordinating shipments, working with our in house to ensure smooth delivery execution.

No prior experience is required but is a welcomed asset and will be reflected in the salary offered — just a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.

❗ Key Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch freight shipments across Canada and the U.S.
Perform track-and-trace duties and provide timely updates to customers
Prepare and manage shipping documentation and confirmations
Resolve service issues proactively and professionally
Collaborate with other coordinators and departments to ensure seamless operations
Establish relationships with customs and carriers

❗ Qualifications

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
Proficiency with email, Excel, and basic computer functions
Able to work on-site Monday–Friday at our Vaughan office

❗ Entry-level applicants are welcome — we provide full training and support. Logistics experience is helpful but not required.

Education or coursework in logistics, business, or supply chain
Previous roles in dispatch, customer service, or administration
Familiarity with CRM or TMS platforms
