We are currently seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing team.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales
- Welcome walk-in customers and provide professional product consultations.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable window covering solutions based on their needs and budget.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate sales records.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Scheduling & Coordination
- Coordinate measurement and installation appointments.
- Manage daily schedules for installers and service appointments.
- Communicate with customers regarding project status and timelines.
- Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction.
Administration
- Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
- Maintain customer records and documentation.
- Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and filing.
- Support management with various administrative tasks.
Showroom & Inventory Support
- Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist with sample organization and inventory management.
- Help maintain marketing materials and product displays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Positive attitude, reliable, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
- Experience in the window coverings, home improvement, interior design, or construction industry is an asset.
