Every marketing campaign, website page, social media post, and client resource we create helps someone take the first step toward getting the support they need.
We’re looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Coordinator & Content Creator who’s early in their marketing career and excited to learn. This is an opportunity to work and gain exposure to different areas of marketing, including content creation, social media, SEO, email marketing, digital advertising, partnerships, and campaign management.

What You’ll Do
As part of BeWell’s Marketing Team, you’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with clinical, operations, and business development teams to execute marketing initiatives that support the growth of our organization.
You’ll gain experience across multiple areas of marketing, including:
Client & Sales Enablement (25%): Develop educational resources, guides, brochures, marketing hubs, and sales materials that help nurture prospective clients and support our Client Care, Operations, and Business Development teams throughout the client journey.
Email Marketing (20%): Assist with email campaigns, lead nurturing, client communications, newsletters, and retention initiatives.
Website Content (20%): Help maintain website content, publish blogs, and create SEO-friendly content that improves search visibility, lead generation, and the overall client experience.
Campaign Management (12.5%): Help coordinate marketing assets and support the execution of new program launches, awareness campaigns, events, and seasonal initiatives.
Brand & Marketing Operations (12.5%): Strengthen BeWell’s brand and reputation by maintaining consistency across all marketing materials, supporting client success stories, employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives, and collaborating with Clinical, Operations, and Business Development teams on cross-functional projects.
Social Media Marketing (10%): Support content creation and help grow BeWell’s presence across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit, and TikTok.
As you grow in the role, you’ll also have opportunities to gain exposure to website management, SEO, paid advertising, marketing analytics, and campaign optimization.
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for someone who’s early in their marketing career and eager to build a broad foundation across multiple marketing disciplines. You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects, expand your skills, and continuously learn in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
We’re looking for someone who is:
A recent graduate (or has 1–3 years of experience) in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field. Internships welcome!
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Strong content creation skills across photography and video.
Comfortable creating content across multiple channels, including social media, websites, blogs, and email marketing.
Comfortable using AI tools for prompting, drafting, refining content, and building workflows to increase efficiency
Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiar with tools such as Canva, WordPress, HubSpot, or similar marketing platforms is an asset.
Ability to travel between BeWell locations and attend community events as needed.
Compensation & Benefits
Entry-level role
Salary: $47,000-$54,000 CAD annually, based on experience.
