Whether you're managing crowds, helping customers to their seats or checking tickets, every shift is a unique, adrenaline-fuelled experience you won't find in any ordinary job.

What You’ll Do

Deliver best-in-class customer care services to clients and guests
Work alongside our operations team to deliver excellent customer care services.
Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
Provide information and direction to customers
Create a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable event experience

What You Bring

Minimum 1 year of customer care experience in Ontario
Excellent communication skills
A passion for teamwork and delivering great experiences
Availability to work weekends
Ability to stand and work for up to 10 hours
A positive, approachable attitude
French language skills (an asset)

Salary $19 per hour
