As a Senior Account Manager , Fleet Maintenance Services, you will sell preventive maintenance and repair service
agreements — for tractors, trailers, tank trailers, and liftgates — to private and for-hire commercial fleets. You will
primarily be selling to fleet managers, maintenance/shop managers, and directors of maintenance and operations.
This role is approximately 50% new business development and 50% account management in Year 1, combining
self-sourced prospecting with a set of existing named accounts to manage and grow. Your territory is the Greater
Toronto Area (GTA), working from our client's Mississauga office when you are not with customers — not a remote
or work-from-home role. This is a backfill-plus-growth hire reporting directly to the EVP of Sales. The base salary
is $90,000 – $115,000 CAD, plus uncapped commission.

- Health benefits — company paid

- Employee recognition, gifts, and rewards program
- Company social events

THE COMPANY & CULTURE
Founded more than 20 years ago, our client is a privately owned, well-established fleet maintenance services
provider with deep roots in the commercial trucking industry. Headquartered in Mississauga, Ontario, they service
and repair tractors, trailers, tank trailers, and liftgates for commercial fleets through fixed service centres, mobile onsite maintenance units, and over-the-road breakdown response, supported by a proprietary managed-maintenance
technology platform. Their primary clients are private fleets, with for-hire fleets as a secondary market, and their
broader customer base includes major private and national fleet operators. The culture is values-driven and handson: the team works from the office when not in front of customers, with an emphasis on work ethic, early starts, and
hustle. The sales team is supportive and experienced, with meaningful training and mentorship available, and the
company is actively investing in growing its sales organization.
