Concrete Form Setter

Focused on asphalt paving, concrete, municipal site services, landscape construction and other exterior construction, Forest has provided quality solutions for over 25 years.
We are currently looking for Concrete Form Setter to join our growing team!
As a Concrete Form Setter, you will be responsible for creating and setting a variety of concrete forms according to job specifications.
Additional responsibilities include:

Building forms to meet job specifications, including the ability to make calculations depending on grades and elevation.
Dismantling forms.
Rebar installation.
Signal truck driver to position truck to facilitate pouring concrete, and move chute to direct concrete on forms.
Using a variety of hand, power tools and equipment to complete work.
Bring to the attention of the foreman any concerns or irregularities in the materials being used.
Material handling, loading and unloading work vehicles
Working in an outdoor setting in a variety of weather conditions
Provide assistance to other workers as needed
Other duties as required

Qualified candidates will possess:

2-5 years of experience in concrete form setting
A sound knowledge of concrete operations from planning and forming to the finished product
The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced work environment
The ability to kneel, balance, climb, crouch and crawl
The ability to lift heavy objects (80+ lbs)
A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
A safety conscious attitude and willingness to follow all company practices and procedures
A valid driver’s license is preferred
