Roncy Village Veterinary Clinic is looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Veterinary Technician to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, supportive clinic environment with a strong focus on collaboration, learning, and high-quality patient care. About the Role

As an RVT, you will play a key role in delivering excellent medical care and supporting both patients and clients throughout their visit. You’ll work closely with veterinarians and support staff in a fast-paced but team-oriented environment where your skills and input are valued.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients throughout examinations, treatments, and procedures
Assist veterinarians during surgery, dental procedures, and diagnostic workups
Monitor patient status and ensure comfort, safety, and proper handling at all times
Prepare and maintain surgical suites, exam rooms, and medical equipment
Perform diagnostic sampling and laboratory procedures as required
Communicate clearly with clients regarding patient care and post-treatment instructions
Maintain accurate medical records and treatment notes
Support overall clinic flow and contribute to a clean, organized environment

What We’re Looking For

Diploma from an accredited program
Registered and in good standing (or eligible to register) with your provincial regulatory body
New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
Successful completion (or upcoming completion) of the VTNE
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to stay organized and composed in a busy clinical setting
Genuine passion for animal care and client service
Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including rotating weekends
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when required
