Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and creative Junior Designer to join our dynamic design team! This entry-level role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in digital and visual design, contributing to innovative projects across various platforms. As a Junior Designer, you will collaborate closely with senior designers and marketing teams to craft engaging visuals that resonate with audiences. Your enthusiasm for design, combined with a desire to learn and grow, will help shape compelling brand experiences and digital assets.

Duties

Assist in creating UI designs for websites, mobile apps, and digital interfaces using tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
Develop motion graphics and animations for social media, presentations, and promotional videos utilizing Adobe After Effects and InVision.
Design logos, icons, typography layouts, and visual assets that align with brand guidelines.
Support the development of website elements using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Contribute to the creation of marketing materials including banners, posters, and digital advertisements using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Collaborate with developers and marketers to refine designs and ensure seamless implementation across platforms.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas for campaigns and branding initiatives.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of UI design principles and experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, or CorelDRAW.
Familiarity with motion graphics creation using Adobe After Effects or similar software.
Understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress is a plus.
Strong graphic design skills with an eye for typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Excellent presentation skills to communicate ideas clearly and confidently.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects efficiently.
A portfolio showcasing your digital design work is highly desirable.
