Our flagship location is now open in Yorkville Village, with plans to expand beyond Toronto. We are building a destination for people who want to look better, feel better, perform better, and age with intention.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Community & Partnerships Coordinator to help bring the Supernatural brand to life inside and outside our Yorkville flagship.

This is a hybrid role for someone who loves people, wellness, events, brands, and creating memorable experiences. You will spend time on the floor supporting the client experience, while also helping build local partnerships, coordinate events, support community activations, and create buzz around Supernatural.

This is not a traditional front desk role, and it is not a desk-only marketing role. It is part client experience, part brand ambassador, part community builder, and part events support.

You should be polished, organized, social, proactive, and excited to help grow a premium wellness brand from the ground up.

What You’ll DoClient Experience & Floor Support

Welcome clients and help create a warm, premium, hospitality-led experience.
Support the day-to-day flow of the Yorkville flagship.
Educate clients on Supernatural services, memberships, wellness treatments, and curated retail products.
Help clients understand treatment options and connect them with the right team members.
Support bookings, follow-ups, retail sales, events, and member engagement.
Keep the space feeling elevated, organized, and on-brand.

Community & Partnerships

Help identify and build relationships with local businesses, hotels, gyms, wellness brands, fashion retailers, private clubs, offices, influencers, and community partners.
Support outreach to potential partners and help coordinate introductions, visits, offers, and activations.
Track partnership leads, follow-ups, and opportunities.
Represent Supernatural professionally in the community and with potential brand partners.
Help turn local relationships into awareness, bookings, memberships, referrals, and events.

Events & Brand Activations

Help plan and execute in-clinic events, member experiences, influencer visits, corporate wellness activations, and brand collaborations.
Support guest lists, invitations, event setup, product displays, run-of-show, follow-up, and post-event recaps.
Help make every event feel polished, organized, and worth talking about.
Capture behind-the-scenes moments and support the marketing team with content ideas.

Social, Content & Retail Support

Identify content opportunities on the floor, during events, and through partnerships.
Help capture photos, videos, testimonials, client moments, product features, and brand experiences.
Support social media ideas, local campaigns, and community storytelling.
Assist with merchandising and promoting Supernatural’s curated retail offering across longevity, wellness, biohacking, recovery, performance, and healthy living.

Who We Are Looking For

You are confident, friendly, polished, and socially intelligent.

You like being around people and know how to make clients feel welcome without being pushy. You are organized enough to follow through, creative enough to bring ideas, and hungry enough to help build something.

You understand premium service. You care about details. You can work the floor, host a client, follow up with a partner, help set up an event, and still keep the experience feeling calm and elevated.

You do not need to have everything figured out, but you do need to be proactive, reliable, curious, and excited by wellness, aesthetics, longevity, retail, events, and brand building.

What You Bring

Experience in hospitality, retail, wellness, beauty, fitness, events, marketing, partnerships, sales, or client service.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A polished, professional presence.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfort speaking with clients, partners, influencers, and local businesses.
Interest in wellness, longevity, aesthetics, beauty, fitness, health, biohacking, and premium lifestyle brands.
Ability to multitask in a fast-moving client-facing environment.
A self-starter attitude with strong follow-through.
Comfort using tools such as Google Workspace, Canva, social media platforms, spreadsheets, and basic CRM or booking systems.

Bonus Points For

Existing relationships in Toronto’s wellness, beauty, fitness, hospitality, fashion, influencer, or luxury communities.
Experience helping with events, brand activations, or partnerships.
Experience working in a premium retail, hospitality, spa, clinic, or wellness environment.
Strong social media instincts and comfort capturing content.
Interest in curated wellness retail, supplements, recovery products, longevity products, and emerging health trends.
