Are you a highly motivated, dedicated and driven individual? If you answered yes to all three, then you are the right person to join our team as an Drive-Thru Greeter with Scarborough Toyota!

At Scarborough Toyota, we aim to provide exceptional customer service and build long lasting relationships with our customers and co-workers.

As an Drive-Thru Greeter a typical day might include the following:

Welcoming guests in the dealership with a friendly and professional demeanor
Answer customers inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or location
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and customer waiting area
Maintain a clean and safe service drive-thru area, free of water and snow
Assists Lot Attendant with duties at the service counter
Administrative duties such as: filing, copying, scanning documents and distributing mail/courier packages
Maintain records of maintenance performed, parts and supplies used
Build a strong relationships with customers and dealership employees
Perform other duties as required/requested by management

This position might be right for you if:

A valid G class license with a clean drivers abstract
1-2 years of relevant work experience
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be a team player
Attention to detail, strong organization skills and the ability to multitask
Excellent time management skills with attention to detail
A high level of motivation, energy and strong customer service skills
