Example of Head Coach shifts:
5:15am – 1:15pm (MON to FRI)
12:00pm – 8:00pm (MON to THU)
7:00am – 12:00pm (SAT)
Who We’re Looking For.We care about coaching ability, but we hire heavily for character, values and potential.
Our ideal Head Coach:
- Has experience coaching strength training or personal training
- Walks into a room and people can tell you value strength, health and physical fitness
- Practices what they coach and leads by example
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Has strong presence and positive energy on the coaching floor
- Can build genuine relationships with clients
- wants to coach busy professionals age 40+ of different fitness levels not elite athletes
- Is reliable, punctual and professional
- Wants a career in coaching, not simply another training job
- Is interested in developing greater responsibility over time
You don’t need to know the TFW system before joining us.
You do need to demonstrate that you’re capable of learning it and committed to mastering it.

Director of Coaching & Operations (not hiring)
$75,000 – $100,000 / year (salary + commission) , 5 days a week, 40 hours
The leader responsible for staff performance, culture, and revenue growth.
- Coaches 15-20 sessions per week
- Manages staff members
- Key contributor to sales and leadership

Client Success Manager (not hiring)
$65,000 – $80,000 / year (salary + commission), 5 days a week, 40 hours
The heartbeat of the client experience and retention engine.
- Coaches 20-25 sessions per week
- Manages client communication & admin
- Oversees billing, metrics, and retention systems

Head Coach (WE ARE HIRING)
$50,000 – $65,000 / year (salary), 5 days a week, 40 hours
Deliver elite coaching experiences and be the engine on the floor.
- Coaches 25 sessions per week
- Executes retention systems
- Supports admin and lead nurture tasks

Assistant Coach (not hiring)
$25 – $30 / hour
Deliver consistent, high-quality coaching sessions
- Coaches 6-10 hours per week

Paid Coaching Internship (not hiring)
- Coachable and ready to learn
- $20/hour | 8-week development program
- For high-potential candidates who aren’t yet ready to step directly into an Assistant Coach position.
- Approximately 8 hours/week in the facility
- Shadow and progressively coach sessions
- Complete coaching education and development work
- Receive hands-on mentorship and regular feedback
- Opportunity to earn an Assistant Coach position based on performance and business needs
Completion does not guarantee an Assistant Coach position.
