Part-Time Founder Operations Assistant ‚Äî Revenue & Execution

Job Summary

Nuza/Factory is seeking a highly organized, proactive Founder Operations Assistant to help a fast-moving technical founder turn existing work into focused execution, customer conversations, and revenue.

This is not a traditional receptionist, front-desk, travel-booking, or general clerical role. The founder already builds and ships quickly across GPU infrastructure, AI tools, software products, and internet businesses. The main need is someone who can create order across multiple projects, protect priorities, maintain a disciplined revenue pipeline, and ensure important follow-ups actually happen.

The right person is comfortable working independently, reducing noise, challenging unclear priorities respectfully, and converting conversations and ideas into specific next actions. You should be commercially minded, highly reliable, and confident using modern AI and productivity tools.

This position will begin with a paid two-week trial at approximately 5 hours per week. It may expand to an ongoing 5‚Äì10 hours per week if the working relationship produces clear value.

Responsibilities

- Maintain one clear weekly priority list, including a visible ‚Äúdo not start‚Äù list to prevent unnecessary context switching.

- Review active projects and help the founder choose the revenue opportunity that deserves attention now.

- Build and maintain a lightweight sales pipeline containing qualified prospects, status, next action, owner, and follow-up date.

- Research potential customers, partners, buyers, and distribution channels for existing products and services.

- Draft concise, personalized outreach and follow-up messages for founder approval.

- Track replies, schedule qualified conversations, prepare short meeting briefs, and ensure every promising conversation has a next step.

- Organize the founder‚Äôs inbox and calendar around revenue, customers, infrastructure obligations, and genuinely important deadlines.

- Convert meetings, voice notes, messages, and AI-session outputs into an ordered action list without creating unnecessary administration.

- Maintain a simple weekly scoreboard covering qualified prospects, outreach, replies, meetings, proposals, deposits, collected revenue, and unresolved blockers.

- Follow up persistently and professionally so opportunities do not disappear because of missed messages or forgotten commitments.

- Identify work that is becoming perfectionism, low-value polishing, or an unvalidated new project, and flag it directly.

- Handle sensitive business and project information with discretion. This role will never require access to private keys, seed phrases, banking passwords, or other high-risk credentials.

What Success Looks Like

- The founder begins each week with one primary commercial objective and a short, realistic execution list.

- Existing products are connected to specific customer profiles, offers, prospects, and next actions.

- No qualified lead or important follow-up is forgotten.

- The sales pipeline is current, understandable, and reviewed every week.

- The founder spends less time switching projects and more time speaking with customers, making offers, and closing revenue.

- Within the first 30 days, the role has created measurable qualified conversations, booked calls, proposals, or collected revenue‚Äînot merely more documents and internal organization.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, executive, agency owner, or similarly fast-moving operator.

- Exceptional organization and follow-through, with evidence that you can manage multiple workstreams without losing the primary objective.

- Strong written communication and the ability to draft direct, natural outreach that does not sound automated or overly corporate.

- Comfortable researching prospects and maintaining a simple CRM or pipeline in Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, or a comparable tool.

- Confident using modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Codex to summarize context, research, draft, and organize work efficiently.

- Commercial awareness: you naturally connect projects to customers, offers, distribution, and revenue.

- Proactive judgment. You do not wait to be reminded about an agreed follow-up.

- Comfortable respectfully telling a founder when priorities are becoming scattered or when a task does not support the current goal.

- High discretion and sound judgment around confidential business information.

- Interest in AI, GPU infrastructure, software, crypto infrastructure, or technical products is useful, but deep technical expertise is not required.

This Role Is Not

- A front-desk or reception position.

- A bookkeeping or QuickBooks role.

- A high-volume cold-calling position.

- A social-media content role.

- A passive calendar-management job.

- A software-development role.

Role Details

- Location: Remote, with preference for candidates able to work reliably in the Eastern Time Zone.

- Hours: Approximately 5 hours per week during the paid two-week trial; potential to expand to 5‚Äì10 hours per week.

- Schedule: Flexible, with a brief weekly planning session and consistent asynchronous follow-through during the week.
