We are currently looking for a passionate Part-Time Administrative and Customer Service Assistant to join our team at our Must Société/Jardin de Ville North York store!

Your role as a Part-Time Administrative and Customer Service Assistant at Must Société/Jardin de Ville:

Under the supervision of the Store Manager, you will be the first point of contact between customers and the store. You will ensure that every customer enjoys an exceptional shopping experience by providing a warm and welcoming greeting and responding to their questions promptly and accurately.

Your day-to-day as a Part-Time Administrative and Customer Service Assistant at Must Société/Jardin de Ville:

Support the Store Managers in their daily tasks;
Answer telephone calls;
Welcome clients and invite them to wait for a sales consultant to be available;
Be the customer service champion for the store, assist our customers with the different issues with their furniture order and ensure their satisfaction through phone, email and in person contact;
Ensure administrative support for the Store Managers and sales team: accounting tasks, enter customers quotes and contracts in the computer system; explain back-ordered items to the customers, manage the payment for all orders, contact the delivery department, check the consistency of the delivery costs;
Verify the accuracy of sales contracts on a daily basis;
Maintain and balance the cash for all transactions (credit card, cash, checks and interact); apply payments to customers’ accounts;
Ensure that all furniture and accessories are tagged properly;
Responsible for the stationary. Responsible for reporting any failures concerning equipment such as the fax, telephone or computer system;
Distribute mail;
Maintain cleanliness of the work area;
Participate in stocktaking;
Perform all other admin related tasks.

Do you have the profile?
You will succeed at Must Société/Jardin de Ville if you have the following skills:

You have 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the retail industry;
You are organized, independent, and proactive;
You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Office;
You are discreet and detail-oriented;
You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
