New Age Products is seeking a driven, operationally sharp, and tech-curious Senior Installation Coordinator to join our team in Canada. This is a full-time, mid-level role at the heart of our North American installation program. You will be the connective tissue between our installation partners, internal stakeholders, and customers — ensuring every installation experience is delivered to our standards.
We are looking for someone who brings exposure to the trades or field services industry, is comfortable with data, and is genuinely open to using modern tools — including AI — to work smarter. This role rewards people who take initiative, build deep program knowledge, and grow their contribution over time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Day-to-Day Operations
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries from installation partners across North America.
-
Build and maintain strong working relationships with installation partners, holding them accountable to company standards, SLA commitments, and quality expectations.
-
Track and report on installation performance data, developing KPI summaries that surface trends, flag issues, and support decision-making.
-
Collaborate with the Installation Manager on escalation resolution, ensuring timely and effective outcomes for customers and partners.
-
Conduct regular performance check-ins with installation partners; escalate SLA violations and poor customer experiences as appropriate.
-
Review and validate installation invoices, verifying accuracy of product, pricing, and scope.
-
Contact customers who have purchased an installation package and walk them through the full process — delivery expectations, scheduling, and field reports.
-
Participate in recurring meetings with installation partners and key internal stakeholders.
Program Development
-
Develop and maintain solid knowledge of our products and installation processes to support internal teams, newly onboarded installers, and customers.
-
Provide structured, constructive feedback on existing SOPs and actively contribute to developing and refining best practices.
-
Support the onboarding of new installation contractors, contributing to training materials and onboarding content as the program grows.
-
Use AI productivity tools and data tools to streamline communications, reporting, and operational workflows — and proactively suggest improvements.
-
Develop a working familiarity with installation demand patterns across North America to better anticipate partner needs and support program planning.
-
Build knowledge of contractor compliance requirements and industry standards to strengthen day-to-day partner management.
-
Continuously deepen your understanding of the installation ecosystem — products, processes, and partners — to become a reliable resource for the team.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
-
Travel may be required based on current or future business needs.
WHAT YOU BRING:
-
3–5 years of experience in an operations, coordination, or customer-facing role; experience in or adjacent to the trades, construction, or field services industry is a strong asset.
-
A practical analytical mindset — you are comfortable working with data, identifying patterns, and communicating what the numbers mean in plain language.
-
Proficiency with Excel (intermediate to advanced) for tracking, reporting, and analysis; familiarity with other reporting tools is a bonus, not a requirement.
-
Curiosity about AI and productivity tools — you don't need to be an expert, but you should be the kind of person who leans into new technology rather than away from it.
-
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with partners, customers, and internal teams.
-
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities without losing pace.
-
A self-starter mindset — you take initiative, flag problems proactively, and look for ways to improve the process, not just follow it.
-
Strong problem-solving skills; you can think on your feet and remain composed when things don't go to plan.
-
Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system is an asset.
