We're looking for an energetic, organized Team Lead Brand Ambassador to oversee an exciting Planters activation at Toronto Blue Jays games! This is your opportunity to lead a dynamic event team while representing one of Canada's most iconic snack brands through interactive games, product sampling, and engaging fan experiences.

Time: 10:00am - 11:30am (Mandatory – Virtual)
What We're Looking For:
- Previous Team Lead experience in experiential marketing, promotions, events, retail, hospitality, or customer service is an asset.

Team Lead must have a FULL G License - Comfortable to drive a U - Haul Truck

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced, high-energy event environment.

Outgoing and confident interacting with the public and creating memorable brand experiences.

Reliable, professional, and solution-oriented.

Comfortable assisting with event setup, execution, teardown, inventory management, and overseeing all activation responsibilities.

Able to engage fans while promoting Planters products through sampling and interactive activities.

Must be available for the mandatory virtual training on July 21 and both activation dates.
What You'll Do:
- Lead all on-site event operations and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the activation.

Coordinate event setup, execution, and teardown.

Supervise and support the Brand Ambassador team to ensure all responsibilities are covered and guest experience standards are met.

Manage product inventory, sampling supplies, and activation assets.

Assist with fan engagement, product sampling, and interactive games throughout the event.

Step into Brand Ambassador responsibilities as needed to ensure seamless execution.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe activation space.

Troubleshoot operational issues and communicate updates with the Brand Momentum team.

Ensure the activation runs smoothly while delivering an exceptional experience for Blue Jays fans.
