Ultra invites guests to indulge in a feast for the senses — from exceptional Pan-Asian cuisine and exquisite cocktails to elevated entertainment and Alexander McQueen-inspired decor. Ultra, located at Yonge & St. Clair is the ultimate sensory destination. Complementing the culinary experience is an innovative cocktail & wine menu drawing inspiration from the many different cultures and flavours of East Asia.

Ultra seamlessly transitions from an elevated dining experience to an enthralling late-night atmosphere. With DJs and entertainment until the early hours, Friday and Saturday. Ultra will ensure an unforgettable evening of delicious cuisine, enchanting ambiance, and thrilling entertainment.

What You'll Do

Keep all kitchen work surfaces (counters, sinks, stoves, walls) clean and sanitized
Sweep and mop floors at the beginning and ending of shifts
Be ready to clean up spills to avoid hindering operations
Wash cookware, utensils and cutlery fast to keep them in rotation
Arrange equipment and ingredient deliveries
Keep the food and supply storage areas organized
Help with routine food prep tasks (such as peeling and chopping vegetables) when needed
Report hazards, incidents observed and broken items to supervisors or management
Once a kitchen is closed, assist in cleaning to make sure that the kitchen is ready for the next day
Lift and move heavy boxes up to 20kg

What You'll Need

Previous work experience as a dishwasher
Positive attitude and great communication skills
Food Handler Certificate
Authorization to work in Canada
An interest in learning about regional Chinese food and beverage
