Duties and Responsibilities

As an Events & Wedding Coordinator at VintageBash, here’s what your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, preferences, and budget
Communicate effectively with vendors, wedding party members, and family to coordinate responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the wedding planning process, including vendor selection and budget management
Oversee all wedding day activities, from setup to teardown, ensuring a seamless experience
Maintain detailed timelines and checklists to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
Offer creative ideas to make each wedding unique and memorable

Requirements and Qualifications

Here’s what we’re looking for in our next Events & Wedding Coordinator:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field is preferred
Previous experience as a Wedding Coordinator or in a similar role
Knowledge of wedding traditions and vendors
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with problem-solving capabilities
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
