Windows & Doors Assembler

Location: Caravelle Drive & Northwest Drive, Mississauga, ON
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.50/hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-hire

We are currently hiring Windows & Doors Assemblers to join a growing production team in Mississauga, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in window assembly, door assembly, glazing, fabrication, manufacturing, or construction trades who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

As a Windows & Doors Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and preparing high-quality window and door systems according to specifications and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble windows, doors, frames, and related components according to technical specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and work orders
Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly equipment safely and effectively
Install hardware, seals, glass, and other components as required
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer standards
Handle, move, and lift materials throughout the production process
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in window assembly, door assembly, glazing, glass installation, fabrication, manufacturing, or a related field
Experience working with hand tools and power tools
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements
Comfortable working safely at heights when required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods
Available to start full-time immediately
Valid eligibility to work in Canada (Open Work Permit, Permanent Resident, or Canadian Citizen)

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial glazing, curtain wall, windows, doors, or architectural products manufacturing
Reliable transportation / access to a personal vehicle
Construction, manufacturing, or assembly background
