Requirements

Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift/carry trays up to [20 kg]

Job Responsibilities

Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the correct table promptly and accurately
Confirm orders match tickets before delivering to guests
Reset and clean tables promptly between guests
Communicate clearly with kitchen and serving staff to ensure timely, accurate service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and entryway
Respond to basic guest questions or direct them to the appropriate staff member
Follow all food safety and workplace safety standards
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) — a plus, given our menu and guest base
Previous experience as a runner, server, host, or in a restaurant environment
Food Handler's Certification / Safe Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Familiarity with POS systems
