Full job description

En tant que gestionnaire de comptes, vous aurez comme mandat principal d’agir comme principal point de contact avec les clients. Votre mission est de représenter les intérêts du client au sein de l’organisation, de s’assurer de la fluidité des communications et de garantir la satisfaction globale tout au long du cycle de projet. Vous aurez également à détecter les possibles opportunités d’affaires. Plus précisément, vous aurez à :

Comprendre les besoins, exigences et attentes du client afin de les traduire clairement aux parties prenantes internes ;
Maintenir une relation professionnelle solide et proactive avec les clients assignés ;
Coordonner la préparation et valider l’émission des soumissions en collaboration avec les estimateurs et les équipes techniques ;
Assurer le suivi des offres auprès des clients, répondre aux questions et ajuster les informations au besoin ;
Négocier les conditions contractuelles afin d'assurer une rentabilité des projets ;
Veiller au respect des délais de réponse et à l’exactitude des documents soumis ;
Suite à la réception du bon de commande, confirmer le projet en cours au client et de la date de livraison ;
Coordonner les réunions de lancement, faire circuler l’information pertinente et veiller au respect des contraintes du projet (objectifs, délai, coûts) ;
Suivre l’avancement des travaux, identifier les enjeux potentiels et collaborer avec les équipes internes pour les résoudre ;
Communiquer régulièrement l’état d’avancement au client et fournir les mises à jour nécessaires ;
Développer et entretenir des relations durables basées sur la confiance, la qualité du service et la compréhension des enjeux du client ;
Gérer les demandes particulières, modifications et ajustements en cours de projet ;
Assurer un service après-projet et contribuer à l’amélioration continue de l’expérience client ;
Participer à l’optimisation des processus liés à la gestion de comptes et à la coordination de projets ;
Contribuer à l’identification des opportunités d’affaires auprès des clients existants ;
Collaborer avec l’équipe de direction sur les tendances clients, les besoins récurrents et les axes d'amélioration ;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes.

EXIGENCES

Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales dans le domaine électrique ou tout autre formation équivalente ;
Formation en gestion de projet et/ou vente (atout) ;
1 à 5 ans en dans le milieu manufacturier ;
Avoir une bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, parlé et écrit pour communiquer avec nos partenaires hors Québec ;
Connaissance des normes CSA/UL/ISO (atout) ;
Connaissance des panneaux de contrôles ainsi que des licences, capacités et restrictions (atout) ;
Être à l’aise avec la suite Office ;
Être à l’aise avec les outils Microsoft (SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Project) (atout) ;
Être à l’aise avec les systèmes de type ERP, CRM et avec l’analyse de rapports ;
Faire preuve d’autonomie ;
Aptitude en communication ;
Avoir de l’entregent et un bon esprit d’équipe ;
Faire preuve de leadership et d’initiative ;
Sens de l’organisation et habileté en planification ;
Faire preuve d’ingéniosité ;
Sens des responsabilités ;
Être capable de travailler efficacement sous pression.

In the role of Account Manager, your primary mandate will be to act as the main point of contact with clients. Your mission is to represent the client’s interests within the organization, ensure smooth communication, and guarantee overall client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities. More precisely, you will have to :

Understand client needs, requirements, and expectations, and clearly communicate them to internal stakeholder ;
Maintain a strong, proactive, and professional relationship with assigned clients ;
Coordinate the preparation and validate the issuance of quotations in collaboration with estimators and technical teams ;
Follow up on proposals with clients, answer questions, and adjust information as required ;
Negotiate contractual terms to ensure project profitability ;
Ensure compliance with response timelines and the accuracy of submitted documentation ;
Upon receipt of the purchase order, confirm the ongoing project and delivery date with the client ;
Coordinate project kickoff meetings, circulate relevant information, and ensure compliance with project constraints (objectives, timelines, costs) ;
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them ;
Provide regular project status updates to clients and communicate necessary information ;
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust, service quality, and an understanding of client needs ;
Manage special requests, changes, and adjustments throughout the project ;
Provide post-project support and contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience ;
Participate in the optimization of account management and project coordination processes ;
Contribute to the identification of business opportunities with existing clients ;
Collaborate with the management team on client trends, recurring needs, and areas for improvement ;
Perform any other related duties.

REQUIREMENTS

Hold a college diploma in the electrical field or any other equivalent training ;
Training in project management and/or sales (an asset) ;
1 to 5 years in the manufacturing industry ;
Be fluent in French and English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with our partners outside of Quebec ;
Knowledge of CSA/UL/ISO standards (an asset) ;
Knowledge of control panels as well as licenses, capacities, and restrictions (an asset) ;
Comfortable with the Office suite;
Comfortable with Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Project) (an asset) ;
Comfortable with ERP and CRM systems and report analysis ;
Display autonomy ;
Exhibit communication skills ;
Express interpersonal skills and good team spirit ;
Uphold leadership and initiative ;
Demonstrate organizational and planning skills ;
Show ingenuity ;
Convey a sense of responsibility ;
Work effectively under pressure.
