Part-Time Performance Marketing Manager (Meta Ads & GoHighLevel)

Location: Hybrid – Newmarket, ON

Compensation: $1,500–$3,000/month (based on experience and work scope)

Hours: Approximately 10–20 hours per week

Growth Opportunity: Potential to grow into a full-time Marketing Manager position as the company expands.

About Us

Eleven Body Sculpt is a rapidly growing body transformation and body contouring company helping clients achieve measurable results through non-invasive body contouring treatments, nutrition coaching, fitness guidance, accountability, and body composition analysis.

We are building our marketing department in-house and are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of lead generation, funnels, CRM automation, and campaign optimization.

This is NOT a social media posting position.

We are looking for a performance-driven marketer who understands lead generation, customer acquisition, funnel optimization, and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

Paid Advertising

Build, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
Create and manage audiences, retargeting campaigns, and lead generation campaigns
Monitor and improve campaign performance
Analyze and optimize CPL, booking rates, show rates, and cost per acquisition
Conduct split testing of offers, audiences, landing pages, and ad variations

Funnels & Landing Pages

Build and optimize landing pages and lead funnels
Improve conversion rates throughout the customer journey
Identify and resolve funnel bottlenecks
Implement tracking and reporting systems

GoHighLevel CRM

Build and maintain workflows and automations
Manage lead nurturing systems
Create SMS and email follow-up sequences
Improve lead response and appointment booking processes
Maintain pipeline and reporting dashboards

Reporting & Strategy

Provide weekly performance reports
Recommend campaign improvements and growth opportunities
Collaborate with management and creative partners on campaign testing and optimization
Participate in weekly marketing meetings

Requirements

Must Have

Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
Experience using GoHighLevel
Experience building landing pages and lead funnels
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results

Preferred

Experience in medical aesthetics, med spas, wellness, fitness, weight loss, chiropractic, or other high-ticket local service businesses
Experience with CRM automation and attribution tracking
Basic copywriting and offer-testing experience
