About us :

Forest Ridge began as a family run landscape design, installation, and maintenance company for over 25 years. We have since amalgamated with a nationwide company called Urban Life Solutions. We have divisions spanning from Ontario all the way to Alberta. Our division covers a variety of contracts throughout GTA and surrounding areas, with commercial and residential landscaping projects including hardscaping, softscaping, grading, retaining walls, planting, and sodding. We offer year-round work, including winter maintenance operations.

Positions Available :

Maintenance crew member / crew lead
Maintenance Skilled Labourer
Construction crew member / crew lead
Construction Skilled Labourer

Ideal Candidate Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or construction roles.
Safe operation of landscaping and construction equipment, including mowers, trimmers, graders, hand tools, and related machinery.
Assist Foreperson with construction tasks such as asphalt, concrete work, and other site projects.
Strong understanding of site safety protocols and quality standards, with the ability to support and enforce them.
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working extended hours when required.
Willingness to work as part of a team and adapt to various tasks, including maintenance, construction, and winter operations.
Perform other manual labor duties as assigned to support job completion.

Essential Requirement :

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract
Working mobile phone for calls and messages
Reliable transportation
Reliable , Punctual and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions .
Availability Monday through Saturday .
Ability to start at 6:00 AM from Uxbridge yard
Legally eligible to work in Canada
