About the Role

Are you a Real Estate legal professional looking to transition into legal tech? We’d love to hear from you!

We’re currently seeking a passionate and energetic Client Support Specialist to support and manage client accounts on Closer — our software platform designed to transform how clerks, lawyers, and their clients close real estate transactions across Canada. You're a great fit for this role if you love helping people, you're action-oriented, and you're a quick learner.

You’re a great fit for this role if you're:

A strong communicator in English (oral and written) and you're comfortable communicating with others on a variety of platforms (chat, video etc.)
Feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Passionate about helping people and strive to understand the perspective of others
Have context of legal documents for real estate transactions.
Feel comfortable learning how to format and code documents for clients
Communicating with clients about their legal documents and the software
Are excellent at working within timelines

What will your day-to-day look like?

Work with our chat to answer client inquiries
Manage client accounts to assist in working toward their success
Outreach to clients for check ins and continued support
Managing help content/self serving articles
Maintaining database requests
Other such CS tasks to be discussed throughout the hiring process

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in conveyancing, real estate law, legal tech or similar
In-depth knowledge of the Ontario real estate closing process is an asset
Experience with real estate law legal precedents
Strong verbal/written communication skills; comfortable supporting clients over video calls
Exceptional English communication skills (written and oral)
Previous experience using Closer Conveyancing software. (Asset but not required)
