Are you our next passionate receptionist/administrative assistant who can make a difference in the community health with us?

Please DO NOT CALL the office regarding this position. Only selected candidates will receive a call.

If you are chosen, you will work with a passionate group of physiotherapists and leaders who are committed to nurturing our community's health and performance!! You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our community receives the high-quality healthcare they need to maintain optimal health and well-being.

Reports to: Office Manager

Location: Vancouver, B.C.

Status: Part-time, permanent.

Compensation: Hourly rate starting at $21.00, plus vacation pay

Primary Position Requirements

Your role is vital to our success, and we’re looking for excellence in five key areas:

Deliver exceptional patient experiences through outstanding administrative support.
Exhibit proficiency in scheduling and managing patient payments.
Provide dedicated operational support to our experienced and passionate physiotherapy team.
Demonstrate a solid grasp of basic financial processes, including invoicing and payment collection.
Be a collaborative team player, working efficiently and accurately within our administrative team.

We’re looking for a standout individual to join our team! You’ll be a great fit if you possess the following:

Skills:

Excellent customer service abilities and a compassionate nature.
Comfort with multi-line phone systems and booking software.
A genuine passion for your work.

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
Familiarity with Clinicmaster is a plus.
High school diploma with relevant work experience.

Hours:

Few weekday shifts (Mon - Fri) + Saturday shifts
Must be available to work Saturday shift (8:45 am to 2:45 pm)
Weekday morning shifts: 6:45 am to 11:30 am
Weekday afternoon shifts: 2:45 pm to 7:30 pm
