About Us

We are a well-established, multi-partner CPA firm located in Vancouver with over 50 employees, providing accounting, tax, and advisory services to a diverse client base. Our team values collaboration, professionalism, and a supportive work environment where people can grow and contribute.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our administrative group of 6 within our public practice firm. This role is essential in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing administrative and client service support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative support within a team of 6 administrative professionals
Manage calls, emails, and client inquiries
Coordinate client documentation (corporate year-ends, personal tax files, etc.)
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Assist with billing, invoicing, and general accounting support
Liaise with clients, CRA, and external vendors as required
Support scheduling, workflow coordination, and internal processes
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and administrative systems

Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of administrative experience (public practice or professional services preferred)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent English, written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience with accounting or tax software is an asset
Professional, client-focused approach
