Salary: $54,000 + Bonus

Potential compensation in 5 years: $100,000 - $150,000

What You Need to Do to Excel

Identify the the financial concerns and goals of affluent clients and how to bring awareness to them.
Understand how to attract affluent clients who will benefit from our top planners’ solutions.
Engage with affluent clients face-to-face at client events and meetings.
Schedule impactful meetings for affluent clients with our planners and assist planners in closing deals.
Track progress and provide detailed appointment recaps using our CRM system.
