About us

I am a very busy professional with a variety of interests and businesses. I need a very capable personal assistant for all sorts of tasks. A science background would be a bonus but not necessary, as some of the work will be dealing with health care products and auditing medical records and research.

Starting with low hours (4-8 hrs/week) but very flexible hours. Hours to increase as needs arise. Potentially increasing hours to accommodate the progress of various projects.

Suitable for flexible work hours, semi-retired, or home based parents, with excellent organization skills.

Our work environment includes:

REMOTE WORK. Work-from-home or anywhere, independently and intuitively.
Must be available occasionally during working hours prior to 1 pm for some tasks (as phone calls to the East Coast may be required)
Flexible work hours, most tasks are non-urgent and scheduled, can be done anytime, but occasionally require same-day attention.
Growth opportunities
In person attendance for specific tasks, very mild travel within the city.
Personal transportation compensated and is an asset, but not necessary.

**Overview:**

We are seeking a General Assistant to help with admin tasks for one very busy professional.

Full English fluency is essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience in various administrative tasks and possess knowledge of accounting software, Quickbooks or similar. Must be competent in computer skills including basic Excel, PDF, Email and online meetings. This position offers an opportunity to work in a variety of environments.

**Duties:**

- Provide general administrative support to the employer. May involve in dealing with government agencies from the world.

- Provide general research for a variety of needs and topics when required.

**Experience:**

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills A MUST.

- Proficiency in Quickbooks an asset but not required if a quick self learner.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. ***

- University Science background an asset but not required.
