POSSIBILITY FOR RELOCATION - Open to facilitate LMIA for potential candidates

Are you a skilled plumber with strong HVAC experience? Join our growing multi-trade team in Terrace, BC, and take on exciting projects across the residential, institutional, and commercial sectors. This is your chance to work in a collaborative environment where your expertise is valued and rewarded.

We are seeking a certified plumber with extensive HVAC experience to install, maintain, and service plumbing and HVAC systems. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients’ systems run efficiently and safely while working on diverse projects.

Main Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair plumbing and HVAC systems.
Inspect systems and components for potential issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems promptly.
Perform regular maintenance and replace defective parts.
Test systems to ensure proper functionality.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and comply with building codes.
Collaborate with technicians and contractors on larger projects.
Perform any other related tasks.

Requirements and Desired Profile:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Journeyman plumber certification and HVAC technician license.
Minimum 5 years of HVAC installation experience.
Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Proficiency with HVAC tools and equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Valid driver’s license (Gas ticket preferred).
Must be able to work full-time.

Salary: Competitive hourly pay from CA$45.00 to CA$55.00.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (flexible to work some weekends).
Status: Full-time, Permanent.
