Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) | Long-Term Care | Surrey, BC

$32.84 – $41.35/hour | Casual | Day, Evening, Night Shifts & Weekends

Suncreek Village located in beautiful Surrey, BC is a complex care home with a capacity for 120 residents within 7 unique households.
Suncreek Village provides a safe home for seniors who can no longer live independently, whether due to physical or cognitive issues.

What Your Days Will Look Like

Providing hands-on nursing care aligned with BCCNM Standards of Practice
Performing resident assessments, administering medications, and delivering treatments
Managing complex care needs including wound care, health management, and fall prevention
Collaborating with residents, families, RNs, and the interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans
Consulting with the RN, DOC, or Clinical Educator on clinical interventions
Mentoring and delegating tasks to care team members
Upholding resident rights, dignity, confidentiality, and independence every single shift
Ensuring safe medication practices and accurate documentation

What You Bring

Current LPN registration with BCCNM (graduate of a recognized Nursing Program)
Valid First Aid Certification
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work independently, take direction, and adapt with flexibility
Physical ability to meet the demands of the role
Successful Criminal Record Check (vulnerable sector)
A genuine passion for seniors and long-term care nursing
